Manufacturing Associate
Powertherm Maxim SIlencers, a global leader in emission and silencing solutions, is currently seeking Manufacturing Associates for their Houston, TX facility. Associates will be placed in production, shipping/receiving, or in our paint facility. Specific job duties vary depending upon placement and weekly production goals. Below is a list of possible job duties
- Prepare products and materials for shipment;
- Retrieve and unpack components and stock the line;
- Maintain a clean and well stocked workstation;
- Reset faults, as appropriate;
- Cleaning and setup of equipment;
- Setup and operate all equipment in related area to produce product to specification requirements;
- Perform visual inspections and identify potential quality concerns;
- Preparing materials for production;
- Sheet Metal Fabrication;
- Detailed and accurate documentation in batch production records;
- Organizing supplies and raw materials;
- Manage inventory;
- Preparing equipment;
- Training new staff.
